PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
The products offered by shree yadunandan.com are available for purchase by you, subject to availability. You agree to provide us with all information, including Payment information, required to complete the transaction of paying for your Products. All orders will be processed subject to availability only. We are not liable for any items that have been discontinued by our vendors. In the eventuality that an item has been discontinued, the customer shall receive a complete reimbursement of the amount charged. Any items that are sold under the “Specials” campaign will continue only until supplies last. The “Specials” campaign does not run indefinitely and any order placed after the supplies are exhausted cannot be processed against future availability of supplies.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments may be made using a internet banking (online transfer). In case of payments made using a internet banking you authorize us to charge purchases and ongoing charges to your account that you provide when you purchase any products. SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed with us, you will be given a confirmation via e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with the carrier’s tracking number so that you may track your order during shipping. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via e-mail. Please be notified that delivery of Shree Yadunandan Gau Utpadan Kendra thorough courier services and shipment may get delayed as our Panchagavya Products Manufacturing Unit is situated in mini town.
Since the base of Kankrej panchgavya products are milk, cow’s urine, cow’s dung etc which are often limited in amount in the goshala hence sometimes it may take some time to manufacture these and make them ailable to you. Kindly check this aspect before placing the order.

Your order will be delivered to your given address through courier within 7/10 days.
Your order will be sent through our shreyadunandan.com under zone department. In which Gujarat and all the states outside Gujarat have been included.
We will provide courier service to major cities in Gujarat and all outside states.
Whose shipping charge will be told to you in your order.
You will have to pay shipping charges according to each of your orders.
You will have to pay extra Rs 30/- per order in Gujarat and
Rs 80/- per order on all addresses outside Gujarat.
Shreyadunandan.com has also provided service for discount on shipping charges. If any customer orders an amount above Rs 1499/- from shreeyadunandan.com, then free shipping service will be provided to them.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
If we ship in error the incorrect product, please contact shree yadunandan.com within 72 hours of receiving the incorrect product to arrange for pickup and re-shipment of the correct product, at no charge to you.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not hree yadunandan.com. Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, you must accept the products and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ( FAULTY PRODUCTS)
Our Packing team checks all the products before delivering. So the chances of a faulty product creeping in are very less. However in case of a product with manufacturing defect you need to take the following steps.
If damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then you must report such damage to the carrier within one (1) Business Day after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged products, the carrier will determine what course of action to take. We are ready to replace the product for no extra cost in case of manufacturing defects. shree yadunandan.com, under no circumstances, shall be liable for products damaged in shipment or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
In case of any warranties provided on the product, the warranty policy will be applicable.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of shree yadunandan.com, its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleged to have resulted, or resulting from your use of your online purchases of products from shree yadunandan.com, or for any breach of these Terms of Purchase.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, contact us.

Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by shreeyadunandan.com. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of shreeyadunandan.com, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
