Shipping Policy

At Shree Yadunandan Panchgavya, we strive to deliver your orders in the best condition and within the shortest possible time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a Tracking ID via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Within Gujarat: 2–3 business days.

  • Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we are primarily serving India. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Note: Delivery times are indicative. There might be slight delays due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier partner issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999 (You can adjust this amount as per your business).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

6. Packaging & Damages

We use eco-friendly and sturdy packaging to ensure your Panchgavya products reach you safely. If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at +91 95129 05418.
