Refund and Returns Policy

At Shree Yadunandan Panchgavya, we take great pride in the quality of our cow-based organic products. Since our products are natural and often handcrafted, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Given the nature of Panchgavya products (medicines, personal care, and food items), we follow a strict return policy:

  • Damaged or Wrong Products: Returns are only accepted if the product received is physically damaged, leaked, or if the wrong item was shipped.

  • Time Frame: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care products (soaps, shampoos, etc.).

  • Perishable items or those with a broken seal.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error).

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping for Returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
